One of Dublins longest running underground dance music stations PHEVER has stepped up and sponsored its first ever 5K Charity Run in aid of fighting the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Non of us are immune from challenges in our lives regardless of what scene we belong to. Thankfully, now is the time to rise above the darkness that has kept this a taboo for so long and face it head on by simply exposing it.
