Matt Wilkins, better known to the hardcore jungle world as InnerCore, has been a very prolific producer, with an impressive row of releases via labels like Kniteforce, Parallax, and Rave Radio Records.

Known for his smashing hardcore breakbeats, he has also put out a steady stream of EPs via his own Bandcamp.
But this time, he has embarked on a bold new sonic adventure under his latest alias, CETE. And the result is exquisite!
With CETE, Wilkins takes a detour from his jungle roots, diving into the iconic sounds of late-’80s Acid House.
This genre, he admits, had a profound impact on him long before his production career began.

“I remember hearing Acid House while on holiday on a Spanish island back in 1987 or 1988. I must’ve been about 8 years old, rocking spiky hair and Bermuda shorts,” he recalls. “It was like nothing I’d ever heard before and was my introduction to underground dance music. Some 36 years later, I’ve produced my take on that sound, trying to keep it as authentic as possible.”

His latest project is titled ‘Table of Elements Vol.1’. It was initially released through Bandcamp as a ‘pay-what-you-want’ digital download, and then it quickly garnered a massive response from fans.
Encouraged by this support, CETE made the decision to press the album on vinyl.
The album is a meticulously crafted 12-track homage to techno and acid experimentation, brought to life using an array of analog and digital synths, drum machines, and more.
Some tracks are sequenced, while others were recorded live, capturing the raw, evolving energy of early rave sounds. Additionally, the album is dedicated to the late Robin Allinson of MPS Vinyl.
If you’re into the early days of acid and techno, then ‘Table of Elements Vol.1’ is not to be missed out either digitally or on vinyl.
